Privacy Policy
Formigo collects information you provide to operate company formation, customer accounts and selected services, communicate with you, prevent abuse and process orders. Payment-card details are handled by the payment processor rather than stored directly by Formigo.
Information we may collect
Account and contact details, company information, ownership and formation details, service selections, support communications and technical information necessary to operate the website and customer dashboard.
Sensitive EIN identity details
The public formation form does not request or store SSN or ITIN values. When an EIN service requires sensitive responsible-party information, Formigo requests it only inside the authenticated company area. Full tax-ID values are stored encrypted at rest and are not displayed back in the customer or operations dashboard; only limited status information and, where useful, the final four characters may be shown.
Do not send SSN, ITIN, foreign tax-ID or identity-document values to ordinary Formigo email addresses unless Formigo has explicitly provided a secure submission method.
Service providers
Formigo may use third-party filing, registered-agent, tax, hosting, email, analytics and payment providers when necessary to deliver a selected service. Information is shared with a provider only to the extent reasonably required for the selected workflow.
Security and access
Customer and internal operations areas require authentication. Sensitive account pages are sent with no-store cache instructions. Formigo applies access controls so company records are available only to authorized company members and Formigo operations users.
Retention
Company and service records may be retained while needed to deliver services, maintain compliance history, resolve disputes and satisfy applicable recordkeeping obligations. Sensitive data should not be retained longer than reasonably necessary for the service and applicable obligations.
Contact
Questions can be sent to hello@formigo.us. Do not include sensitive tax-ID values in ordinary email.
